The special begins with a commercial for the "Tyrant," a giant, dragon-like Imperial Arms. Lubbock appears as the presenter, selling the "Tyrant Enhancement Super Set" to Tatsumi and the rest of Night Raid. The commercial promotes how the set can enhance your "body" by turning you into a powerful dragon, just like the original user.
